Revision Policy

• Clients can request unlimited free amendments as long as the design and concept remain the
  same.
• The revision turnaround time is 48 hours.
•  Revisions are dependent on the selected package.

Refund Policy

• 45-day Refund Window: A refund can be requested within 45 days of order placement, but only
  before revisions are requested or changes are made to the design.
• The refund is not applicable if:

1. The client requests revisions or modifications to the initial design.
   o The client does not respond promptly to project status notifications.
   o The client forfeits part of a discounted package (e.g., only taking one service from a package).
   o The client becomes non-responsive for 45 days (though a project hold can be requested for personal issues).

Specific Refund Conditions:

• No Refund for Partial Service: Once part of a bundled service (e.g., Logo & Website) is finalized, refunds for the remaining part of the package are not possible.
• No Refund on Rush Charges: 24-hour design fees or rush changes are non-refundable.
• No Refund for Design Firms: Refunds are not applicable to design firms or clients ordering services on behalf of others.
• Cancellation Before Initial Concept Delivery: A full refund (minus a 10% administration fee) is available if cancellation occurs before the initial designs are delivered.
• Refund for Duplicate Charges: In case of a duplicate charge, the full amount will be refunded.

Other Conditions:

• Bundle Packages: If any part of a bundled package (e.g., Logo, Website, etc.) is canceled or discontinued, no refund will be offered for the remaining services once any part of the bundle is used.
• These terms are designed to encourage active participation from clients during the design process and ensure that the project progresses smoothly for both parties.

The following terms and conditions apply to all services purchased by the client and provided by Texas Design Experts. On any occasion, any funds deposited will not be eligible for a refund if the initial design and concepts
(after delivery) are approved, or if a change is requested, unless Texas Design Experts cancels or ends your contract for a reason other than your breach or failure to execute.

All refund requests will be processed according to the following terms:
You may request a refund when the initial ideas for a logo are presented. However, once you approve or request changes to the initial designs, the refund offer will be void, and a refund request will not be considered.
Once the project has entered the revision phase, the refund offer will be void, and the refund request will not be entertained. If a refund request is made before the delivery of initial design concepts, you will qualify for a full refund
(less 10% administrative and processing fee).

If the refund request is made within 48 hours, you will only be eligible for a 66% refund (less 10% administrative and processing fee). If the refund request is made within 48-96 hours after the initial design delivery, you will only be eligible
for a 33% refund (less 10% service and processing fee). No refund request will be entertained after 96 hours of the initial design delivery. However, we are committed to 100% customer satisfaction, so you are encouraged to contact us to address any concerns.

No request for a refund will be entertained if there is a lack of action by the customer after 7 working days. If you wish to restart the order, a fee will be charged based on the specifics of your project. No request for a refund will be entertained if the customer is unresponsive for any period of 5 working days.

All refund requests must be directed to the support department. texasdesignexperts.com reserves the right to approve or reject any refund requests on an individual case-by-case basis. No refund will be granted after the final files have been delivered.

 For website bundles, no refund will be issued once the initial design mock-up has been revised or the inner pages have been created with the client’s approval. All refund requests must be directed to the support department. texasdesignexperts.com reserves all authority to approve or reject your request on a case-by-case basis, depending on any violation of your user agreement.

For Texas Design Experts/Custom bundles, a refund will be provided only for individual packages. For example, if you request both a logo and website design, and you approve of the logo, you are eligible for a refund of the website service at the time of initial design delivery only.

A refund request must have a valid reason, which will be evaluated against the design brief and client input for revisions. Unless a concept has not been developed according to the brief, a refund will not be approved; however, further revisions will be provided until you are satisfied. It is also important to note that under any circumstances, both parties (Texas Design Experts and the client) agree not to publicly attack or criticize each other or any of its employees, associates, or partners (on public forums, blogs, social media networks, etc.) during or after the contract period.

Similarly, both parties agree not to engage in discussions on forums, blogs, community groups, or social media platforms that would damage the reputation of either party or any of its employees, associates, or partners. In case of a breach, the offending party must pay a reasonable compensation as determined by the non-offending party as damages.

The Money-Back Guarantee depends on the request being made in good faith. If a client has placed design orders with more than one agency for the same project, intending to claim a refund, Texas Design Experts does not consider this to be good faith. In such cases, we reserve the right to decline the refund request.

All design jobs require client input before the design is finalized, so it is requested that the client remain actively engaged throughout the process and provide feedback to achieve the desired outcome. The 100% unique design guarantee ensures you are entitled to a new logo if the logo designed by Texas Design Experts is found to be substantially similar to an existing design. Any similarity to another design will be purely coincidental, and Texas Design Experts will not accept any responsibility or claims for compensation in such cases. After finalizing the logo, it will need to go through a registration process handled by the agency, Texas Design Experts (USPTO charges apply), to ensure you have full ownership
and rights over the logo.

How To Claim Your Refund:

To ensure that your refund request is processed efficiently and approved, please follow these steps:

After the refund, the rights to your design will be transferred to Texas Design Experts, and you will not be legally permitted to use or display any version of the design sent by the company.

Since the design rights will now be transferred to Texas Design Experts, you agree that you will have no right (either direct or indirect) to use any response, work item, or media, nor will you hold any ownership interest in it.

1. Collaborating with Government Copyright Agencies Texas Design Experts will share Copyright Acquisition data for refunded designs that would prevent the reuse of the designs as original work in the future.
